    What makes it fun

The Baylor Bear Habitat is located on the Baylor University campus. It is officially named the Bill and Eva Williams Bear Habitat. This bear habitat is home to two American black bears, Indy and Belle. Grab your honey bear and head to the bear habitat to enjoy some time together watching Indy and Belle. There is no cost to visit Indy and Belle, making the Baylor Bear Habitat a great date spot for everyone.

The best part of this experience was the pictures I took & The person I was with 💘. There's almost no where to park, the property wasn't very well kept. The bears must have been inside the enclosure because the only thing I seen on the entire platform was some chick with her laptop , and squirrels running around their habitat...where were the bears ?! But despite not even getting a glimpse of the bears I was excited to see, I still decided to get a souvenir coin on the way out, and low and behold after I decided on the coin, without the bear, and go for the names... I got NO coin . Upon further inspection, I have realized that nobody has gotten a coin , in a long time, because we can clearly see that nobody maintains this at all!

Great surprise free fun that we stumbled upon when visiting the Baylor campus. Bears were out and playful.

The two bear cubs are so sweet. One is not shy and is happy to be seen. The habitat is kept clean, and there's some shade for visitors.

Seeing the bears at their habitat was an excellent experience. One bear was particularly interactive and curious about the people looking in.
The informational posters explained the history of Baylor's bears and were fun and reassuring about the lives of the bears. I'd recommend this stop to anyone visiting the Baylor campus.

Even as a student of another University, I think this was a cool little area. Bears are honestly one of my favorite animals! Unfortunately when I went here for a tour they weren't there.

The only AZA certified animal habitat on a college campus. If it's hot outside, the bears may not be out, or they may be hiding from the sun in their "caves." This exhibit is really nice and worth a brief stop if you are near campus. Especially if you compare it to what it looked like when I was a student.

Area was under construction at 1st visit, but it's all built out now. Great views of the 2 bear cubs in two different habitats - one with a pool and waterfall. BTW - THANKS FOR FIXING THE PENNY PRESS! :)
