I tried to go here on friday evening around 6 pm. Only 1 parking space up front. The curb was too high to let my wife open her door. Went to the back, all of the parking spaces filled. I left my car in the middle to go in and ask where to park. I noticed no one was in the restaurant. When i was asking the employee he just said in the back. When i told him it was full. He didnt have an answer for me. At that time someone in a higher vehicle parked up front. So unless you go to baylor and can walk to this place. Dont go. They do not have parking. The car that went and parked before me went to the coffee shop next door. The stores company van was taking 2 parking spaced in the parking lot in the back.

They only have a handful of flavors available at a time which is why I didn't give 5 full stars but they had very kind staff and the flavors they do have are very good.

I decided to stop by because I love supporting local ice cream shops and trying unique flavors.The website doesn't mention that this shop is on the campus of Baylor University and that there is NO PARKING (there is a parking garage you see once you PASS the shop). So that already is inconvenient.I got a scoop of the brown butter pecan ice cream. When the girl scooped it into my cup, the ice cream started falling apart, which is never a good sign. Once I took a bite my suspicions were confirmed; this is a heavily ice-based ice cream that isn't very creamy. It tastes just liked cheap homemade ice cream you make in an ice cream maker. The texture is all wrong. The flavor wasn't even super strong. The best part of the whole scoop were the pecans! I threw over half of it away, which is rare for me to waste ice cream.The employees were very nice, which is why this review is a two star instead of a one star.I wonder if the 4.7 rating is because people in Texas don't know what real ice cream tastes like. Or they're all Baylor students that don't have other ice cream options. I'm from Ohio so maybe we have more abundant, creamy ice cream with all of our dairy cows? I'm really not sure, but I didn't care for the ice cream here. Definitely won't be back.

The friendly workers greeted us and were ready to serve. The delicious ice cream was as good as expected. The atmosphere is comfortable and casual.

Best ice cream in the Waco area. Unique blends of flavors and names for each. Excellent quality! They just need a faster, better process for handling the long lines of customers.

We travel from Dallas Tx to try this ice cream! And they didn't disappoint us, very tasty and with seasonal fruit! We tried the cookie with ice cream , and ice cream in fresh waffle !A very nice detail with us :: 😍😍they gave us permission for our dog to come in because it was very hot and they gave him ice cream to try too,thank you ! ♥️I highly recommend it and I'm sure we'll be back soon!

Cute little icecream shop on the edge of Baylor campus. They support local by using milk from Mill-King creamery in McGregor and their whiskey peace icecream uses whiskey from a distillery in downtown Waco. Seating indoor & out. Our icecream was great and the staff were friendly

Nice little shop, unique ice cream flavors. I had a scoop of brown butter Texas pecan in a cone. Delicious! I would recommend asking for a bowl as the cone is very thin and breaks easily.
