Ordered coffee, got coffee. Not good service but not bad service. The kid behind the counter was preoccupied with closing down when we showed up. They didn’t close for another half hour but it takes them about that long to make a coffee. The coffee was good but a little pricey for what we got. I would probably go somewhere else the next time I’m in the area just for a quicker speed of service.

Really great coffees and mixed drinks too. Doesn't get too busy and is often a perfect spot to sit with a drink/beverage.Staff are super cool. Not sure if it's a coincidence but they also seem to end up playing The Sundays in here a lot, which is perfect (thanks DJ).

I'm a huge fan of this coffee shop and have been coming every Friday to work on homework since I moved to Waco to pursue a PhD. The staff here are incredibly friendly and make some great vanilla Lattes. The music and atmosphere gears me up to grind on my homework.

I had dine in with Sega, they were super helpful, and recommended an amazing drink. They made sure to check on me throughout my service, and really helped me enjoy my time.

Sega was the barista. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Great joint for coffee and or wine in a cool spot downtown. Solid place to read, work on a laptop, or just chill.

Attended a recent open mic night. Got myself a pour over and then a couple of hard seltzers. Good music, mixed crowd, nice vibe. Would like to attend again.

These guys have the best coffee made with gentle hands and care! Best pastry's and the nicest workers! Way to go Lighthouse! Matthew, Aaron, John and the team of expert biristas and bartenders. Head on over and grab a glass of wine, or bring your labtop and study for school they have plenty of wifi. Head on over now and tell them Z sent you.

I love everything about this place! So glad I found it while on my visit. I love the music they play, it’s instrumental. It’s relaxing, it gets you in the chill mood, it’s perfect when you are reading/working but you can also just sing along in your head.I ordered an Iced Matcha with Vanilla syrup and you can taste the quality of the matcha. It was so so good! They also have some adult drink — aka alcoholic drinks! So you can work/study while sipping on your relaxing wine, or purely just have your glass of wine in a chill moment not always having loud music.Staff was nice and friendly, plenty of seating, parking were ample, across Hotel 1928. The bathroom was clean! I’m so glad I went to this place, this would be my go-to spot when I visit Waco again.

Great coffee expertly prepared. We’ve been returning here every time we visit Waco since first dropping our son off to Baylor 4 years ago. They are passionate about what coffee they use & how they prepare it. I’m obsessed. & right across the street from Chip & Joanna’s new hotel 1928!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at this coffee shop in Waco yesterday. The barista was incredibly friendly and kind, and not in a forced customer service type of way. Just genuinely happy to help and in a wonderful mood. The shop itself is very aesthetically laid out, with a great selection of coffees, teas, and wines. It's not an enormous menu, but it doesn't need to be. Everything we had was delicious and if you're a fan of tea you should try the white peony, it was wonderful iced! My favorite experience there, however, was stepping into the restroom to find a complimentary assortment of feminine products. It's small touches like that which truly elevate a business from customer friendly to customer oriented. Strongly recommend this coffee shop to anyone in the Waco area, whether just for the day or a long-term resident!
