Got turned away because there was "no room". There was an open table they had me wait at as they "spoke to the boss" to come back and tell me there was no room.

Really great place to have a few!1940s ish building that’s well maintained with all sorts of retro 80s nods inside.Fantastic staff that’s attentive and on point.Prices are fair so you can stay awhile.

Feels like Austin!Super cool low light bar. The atmosphere Sloane's created is intimate, fun, and classy. I always love getting a drink here for fun dates. This is also a great spot for the girls to hangout.On to the drinks! Their drinks are super good, they also have a big selection which is awesome. They have great Wine + Beer, Whiskey selection, Paloma's, and the limited cosmic drink for the eclipse are so good!The bar is definitely on the smaller side but adds to the experience. They have a projector on the wall always playing throwback movies. They even give you your check with vintage books!Sloane's is a must go!

**Review of Sloane’s Cute Chic Bar in Waco, Texas**I recently had the best time at Sloane’s cute chic and quaint bar in Waco, Texas! It was the perfect spot for a chill weekend away from the craziness of Houston, and meeting Lauren, the owner, made it even better. She was so friendly and we had the best conversation.Lauren’s hospitality was amazing and added so much to my experience. I got to create my own flight of drinks, and let me tell you, they were fantastic! The Strawberry Fields, Bees Knees, and Lemon Old Fashioned were my favorites.And guess what? Sloane’s is right next to The Harvest, where I had the most incredible chicken tacos ever. Seriously, they’re a must-try!If you need a break or just want to relax in style, Sloane’s cute chic bar is the place to be. Lauren knows how to make your time there special, and the drinks are top-notch. Don’t miss out! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommended you check it out!! Thanks Lauren!!! ☺️♥️

The service and drinks are always excellent at Sloane's. One of Waco's best craft cocktail bars that doesn't get enough praise. It's essentially an 80's themed speakeasy and it's perfect. If you go on Friday or Saturday try to be on the early side because it can fill up fast.

Instantly my favorite cocktail bar in Waco. We had 5 drinks, and they were all fantastic. Lauren and company answered all of my cocktail making questions, from how to properly stir to where they get their large ice cubes. I got incredible cocktails and a free cocktail education. Possibly the best cocktail I've ever had, The Last Word (pictured below), blew me away. I can't wait to come back with friends.

Going In there during this time (December) was so nostalgic. The Era of tacky but classy was totally the vibe and we loved every ounce of it. There's not a lot of seating so be prepared to wait. We got there before it got busy. Old Christmas movie clips played in the backdrop, colorful lights hung from the ceiling, cookies(no not touch) and milk (which I mistakenly thought was hand soap) greeted me In the bathroom with retro type magazine clippings. We lived In Waco for a while but just moved to Southeast Texas. This was our first time into Sloane's and would truly love this to come to Beaumont... please? Oh yea the holiday drinks were tasty too.
