October is the perfect month to fall in love with some spooky Romantic Spots in Waco! While some of these spots and activities may not be traditionally romantic, they are certainly fun and provide an excellent opportunity to cuddle up with your love for a little extra protection. Here are some of our favorite spooktacular romantic spots in Waco.
1) Brazos Tours~ Ghoulishly Good Tour
Looking for a spine-tingling activity for a spooktacular date? Brazos Tours’ Haunts & Legends of Waco mobile tour is sure to give you chills and thrills. On this two hour tour your expert guide will take you to some of Waco’s most haunted locations sharing stories of history, legend, and lore that will make you cling tightly to the hand/arm of your sweetheart. This is an ages 13+ only tour.
2) Dr. Pepper Museum~ Dr. Paranormal
Everyone loves Dr. Pepper, even the paranormal. So, it’s no surprise there’s some spirits hanging about the Dr. Pepper Museum. The Dr. Pepper Museum’s Paranormal Tour is a two hour tour that delves into the paranormal experiences and occurrences at the museum. This special tour also takes you in some behinds the scenes areas that are typically off limits. This is an ages 18+ only tour.
3) Waco Civic Theatre~ Hunchback Horror
Though not entirely a horror play, Waco Civic Theatre will be performing Disney’s Hunchback of Notre Dame. This musical version of Victor Hugo’s timeless classic tells the heart-wrenching story of a hunchbacked bell ringer (viewed as a monster) and his yearning and quest for justice and freedom. You and your sweetie can catch a performance October 24th – November 3, 2024.
