For my steak and eggs breakfast, the steak was larger than expected. I suspect the cook was supposed to cut in half. Quite yummy and I was pleased. Perfectly cooked. Recommend.

Brazos Bar & Bistro is conveniently located on the first floor of the Indigo Hotel, where we stayed for a nice weekend getaway. I tried the Bourbon Peach Chops. Very simple yet flavorful meal. The slices of peaches on top of the chops were a sweet compliment to the peppery taste. It was on point! He had the JR Burger and quickly realized he had underestimated the serving. It was a hefty-sized double patty burger accompanied by curled potato wedges. Everything tated fresh and definitely very filling. The burger patties were thick and had a nice pink middle that was picture perfect. If you want drinks from a bar that are made string as they should be, this is THE place to go!! Their Old Fashioned was phenomenal! Lastly, thank you, Victoria, for the attentive and good-natured service. She has a lively and welcoming personality that wraps the entire experience with a friendly "bow" Texas style.

Stayed at the hotel last weekend and stopped into the bar for a nightcap with my fiancé. The bartenders were incredibly friendly, and the drinks were delicious. The whole experience was great. I did not try the food, but can't wait to try it next time we are in town!

This hotel is so beautiful and nice. Check in was really easy and fast. Our stay in this hotel was amazing and wonderful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a place to stay while they are in Waco.

We were told it was a slow day as we noticed we were the only ones dining in initially, but the service and the food were both amazing! The picture does the food no justice. Will definitely be returning!

The food here is delicious! We stopped staying at the Hilton in town for work trips, to come here. Love Blake, Ian and Jerry in the restaurant!

Located inside the hotel, it’s not a standalone restaurant. Service was great, seating was comfortable and he explained things on the menu we didn’t understand as a first time guest.

The pork chops are AMAZING! They deserve five stars on their own. We went around 4pm and there was no big crowd which we preferred.

Pizza. Wings. Beer. And salads lol local craft beer as well as regional and your typical domestics. Slices of pizza are pretty large, a whole pizza comes in 2 sizes and can feed 3 adults (14")or 5 adults (20").

Location is incredible. On the ride, a deck that overhangs the river....absolutely fabulous location 🔥 you're almost a fool to NOT come here!

This is a very elegant bar with a great menu and dishes to give it a dash of upscale feel. The cheese board is very nice, and the drinks are expertly made. The prices are a tad on the high side, but that would be my only complaint.
