DELICIOUS! I don’t know why my family and I waited so long to try this place. Everything we had was delicious and fresh. You must try the boudin balls and the dipping sauce with them, I could have eaten those as a meal alone! My husband ordered fried shrimp and loved it (he’s picky picky about his shrimp) so that is a win and I got the red beans and rice w/ sausage and it was great but let me TELL YOU… the jalapeno corn bread that was served with it was the BEST CORNBREAD EVER! We will be back soon!Also the atmosphere inside was so cute and cozy and the outside patio was great as well. Just overall a great eat!

Food was fantastic. Food was out in about 15 minutes. Staff was super friendly! Trying to figure out when we can come back to waco to eat here again.

Be prepared for extra waiting time for food. The portion for food was quite small (except for the poboy) and tasted just ok.

Love the Jambalaya and Crawfish Etoufee, Gumbo was good too, just not as much a personal favorite. Beignets were very disappointing, based on a comparison with those in the Cafe du Monde in New Orleans City Park, not that hatchet job in the French Quarter. Theese were over cooked in old grease? Stingey on the powdered sugar. Piping hot though! Love the long time employee or owner that checks on you as he clears the tables.

Found this hidden gem through google while in Waco for work and it did not disappoint. The gumbo was amazing and the fried shrimp were cooked to perfection. I travel a lot for work and I don’t do chains. I’ll def return here my next time in town! Make sure to try the bread pudding too!!

There’s wasn’t any wait when I arrived. The order is placed at the register, you receive a number and find a seat. Food came out promptly- Hot & SPICY, like I like it. I only ordered the Crawfish Etouffe-Poutin Fries, which is an appetizer but also a sufficient lunch portion.It was mostly enjoyable, but something wasn’t fresh. I could taste it, but couldn’t pinpoint which ingredient it was. Id still recommend it.

Friendly service and delicious red beans & rice, crawfish ettoufee, gumbo, and Nutella bread pudding. Glad we found this place as we were traveling through Waco.

My dad and I were traveling though Waco and I saw the great Google reviews… Cajun Craft did not disappoint! The food was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful… All while being in their last hour or so being open on the Fourth of July. Awesome experience. Go check it out!

Great hidden gem Cajun restaurant. You order at the counter and they bring you out your tasty meal. My wife ordered the fried shrimp and requested light spice. The shrimp came out perfectly. By the picture you can see the large size of the shrimp. I got the Jambalaya - extremely tasty and very filling. Great service! The Boudin Balls looked good - if I had been hungrier I would have gotten them.

This was our first time here. I met up with my brother and his family, and we decided on this place for dinner. The lady that took our order was nice. We've never been here and didn't get much help when ordering. Both the kids did not like their chicken fingers, and my older daughter got really sick the next day.. She ended up getting food poisoning cause her chicken wasn't cooked all the way. She didn't eat all of it but didn't know it wasn't cooked all the way. Myself and my brothers chicken had great flavor but didn't believe the chicken was cooked all the way through either. It was hot inside and the space is limited. It took almost 30min for our beignets to come out and the kids were getting restless.

Great food! The chef and her team perfectly prepared EVERYTHING! The fries/okra/fried catfish and gator were excellent! Cajun seasonings perfect! Staff was very friendly, All of them spoke to us and made us feel like we had been there before! A shout out to Christina for her kindness and welcoming attitude!! The remoulade sauce was great! Might as well get some to go when you orderbecause you will love it! This is a must if you are in Waco!

Found this place on Google when we were down for my daughter's State track meet. So glad we came! The food, service, and atmosphere is excellent. Loved the music they played. So fun.ChiChi was absolutely wonderful. He gave the best service and made sure we were well taken care of.Food looks great and tastes even better. Great spot! Good atmosphere. Food is delicious. Sorry about the close-up photos instead of the plates...lol.Everything smelled so good that we dug in and forgot. We ordered a lot of food, ate some there and some to go. The staff was very nice and friendly too. Eric was everything, lol. He was super patient with us, having never been there before. We will definitely be back!
