At 416 acres, Cameron Park is one of the biggest municipal parks in Texas. This beautiful park is home to the Cameron Park Zoo, more than 20 miles of trails, a disc golf course, fountain plaza, cross country running course, recreational courts and playgrounds, picnic areas. Cameron Park offers views of the Brazos and Bosque Rivers. When you are ready to take the leap and propose to your sweetheart, head over to Lover's Leap, a popular cliff formation located in the park with a breathtaking countryside view.

Playing Disc Golf at Cameron Park is not only fun and frustrating it's an exploration! Give Her a try She's one of the purtiest places in Waco Texas . Hope Y'all have a friend filled Day , Peace !

This was the most beautiful park! It had a walking trail that extended for roughly 3 miles next to the river. Perfect for biking, running, and walking. Absolutely great walk for kids, so much to see and do.Definitely put this on your iteninery if you are traveling to or through Waco.

For those seeking more of a challenge, the steep and rugged trails offer both a great workout and beautiful vistas from various lookout points.One of my favorite spots in Cameron Park is Lover’s Leap. The panoramic views from this cliff overlook are breathtaking, especially at sunrise or sunset. It’s a perfect place for photography, picnics, or simply taking in the natural beauty of the area.Cameron Park Zoo is another highlight within the park. Beautiful! Not very crowded. It looks like their Frisbee course is cool because they had tons of players. My Mom can't walk far with her bum leg so we loved that you can see so much beauty from the car. We did walk a bit. I loved the animal statues, the amazing views, and the beautiful river.

This is my favorite park in North Texas so far, everything you'd want in a park is here, simple trails, difficult trails, river trails, and so much more. It'd take a long time to learn all of it, it's very well maintained, and feels a lot like parks I've been to in the midwest. Can't get better than this.

My favorite park! Every time I’m in Waco I love going here. There’s something to do for everyone. The trails are so fun, and there are so many experience levels, and there are tons of areas to sit and relax or have a picnic. The views are unmatched on Lover’s Leap and Circle Point. There’s just so much to do and see.

This park is really nice and big and peaceful. We really enjoyed walking down by the river. There is also a very nice blue bonnet field. The bloom is to the fullest right now. It’s definitely worth checking out. We saw people were doing barbecue. There were a couple of pavilion. I would be visiting again if I’m going to waco.
