Very well done! The ambience was perfect and the event center was beautifully decorated. The musicians were phenomenal and extremely personable. Often times it feels like one must be reserved and “stuffy” when attending a classical production, but not here. The musicians matched the energy of the evening with their personalities and wit, overshadowed only by their amazing talent.

I will definitely be attending again.

Absolutely stunning venue inside and out, with top-notch customer service, (which is so hard to find these days). I have never met nicer people to work with. Deerfield Estates administration went above and beyond to make sure that our daughter's wedding day was the best day ever. I recommend this venue 110% to anyone seeking a wedding venue. It would even be perfect for Family Reunions. There are cabins on-site making it so conveniently wonderful and helpful for the wedding party and any family wanting to stay nearby. I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was at Deerfield Estates!

Excellent Venue!

We got engaged in the spring of last year and were searching for a venue in the Waco area. Deerfield Estates was one of the few that we were very interested in. After we toured Deerfield we fell in love! The barn was absolutely beautiful and has a great history, the bridal suite was perfect size, and most importantly, the grounds were absolutely perfect for an outdoor ceremony. We made sure to book it as soon as we could.

Leading up to our wedding day, the venue had changed owners a couple of times. Nevertheless, we always had excellent service from our venue representative. Our final point-of-contact was with Katlynn and she was excellent. She was swift at responding to our questions and made sure to keep us informed concerning any updates that happened to the property. When it came close to the Wedding Day and the event started getting stressful, we were glad to have Katlynn as our point of contact.

For our wedding we had approximately 75 guests attending and we planned to have an outdoor ceremony under the terrace and the reception in the barn. However, due to unforeseen weather, we had to move the ceremony indoors. Luckily, due to the size of our guest list, there was plenty of space within the barn to do both without feeling cramped.

For our reception, we made sure to utilize the flatware and silverware in the kitchen that is made available. A quick important note is they were renovating the kitchen when we had the venue booked so the dishes were fairly dusty due to being exposed. So if you utilize the dishes, make sure to give them a cleaning before and after use.

We also had a open bar and were pleasantly surprised to discover they now have a booth for the bartender (or a DJ) to utilize. Our bartender was also happy for the industrial ice maker in the kitchen that he fully utilized.

In summary, the venue was beautiful, the staff were fantastic, and we enjoyed our wedding even through the unforeseen, terrible weather.

We needed a quick overnight stay in Waco on our way to Denton. We chose the cabins at Deerfield Estates. Super cute and stylish, very comfortable tiny homes. About the size of good hotel room but so much nicer! A very good price point too! Clean is an understatement. There is a loft you can sleep in or sleep on the clever Murphy bed on the main level. Roomy bathroom with a walk in shower. They have thought of everything, including the kitchen sink. The grounds are thoughtfully kept and the area is peaceful and serene. Very private, unlike a hotel. Five stars! We hope to stay here again!

We had some complications with our outdoor wedding with a crazy cold front that came through and Grace at Deerfield worked with us less than 48 hours before to help us have the most beautiful wedding day. The venue was perfect. It has everything you need. Separate bridal suite and entrance. Catering entrance and kitchen for easy set up. Well kept facilities and beautiful back drop. I am forever grateful for Grace and her help to make sure we had the best day.
