J.S. Barnett's Whiskey House & Restaurant is a whiskey lovers paradise. Barnett's is the largest whiskey bar in Texas with over 1,200 whiskey varieties available. Both whiskey connoisseurs and whiskey newbies will find a whiskey of their liking and marvel in the vastness of the perhaps overwhelming selection. Barnett's also has a full brunch, lunch, and dinner menu because whiskey on an empty stomach is probably not the best idea. The menu is no joke either it's brimming with delicious options that will have you coming back just for the food.

Great chill environment with an wonderfully overwhelming whiskey list. Megan was great. She was patient with our indecisive group and made our 3 hour hang a ton of fun!

Emmanuel Service was 10/10 even though he is a cowboys fans sadly. Brunch is also great if you haven’t tried it yet you should most definitely stop by for it.

Service was great. What a show from the bartender! Did was good. The beer was warm and they had to waste alot to get a 3/4 pour because the lines are not insulated.

Super great service!!!! If you just love crafty cocktails YOU NEED TO TRY THIS PLACE!!! Joe was absolutely AMAZING!!! They have whiskey PASSPORTS!!!! Omg!!! Just ask about them!!! Best $20 bucks spent!!! Oh and don’t forget the WHISKEY BIBLE!!! The only one in the world! Food was great! Prices GREAT!!! We will definitely be back!!!! 5 stars earned!!!!

First time we’ve been into Barnett Whiskey. Sienna made our first experience fantastic. She was super helpful and incredibly nice. She picked out the bacon wrapped dates for us and they were amazing. Checked on us constantly and made sure my water was refilled. I really appreciate her. Best service we’ve had in a long time.

This place was amazing. Deonte and Rebeka were awesome and gave THE BEST service. I’m not a local, but when I drive past Waco I will definitely come back and visit them both and the cooking staff. Thank you both!!

The very best whiskey selection in Texas.The service was very good. The food was excellent. The outside was spot one for a cold beer and good music. They have a food trailer Waco Smokehouse that serviced amazing food for a great price.

We stumbled upon Barnett’s by chance as we had never been to Waco & were just passing through looking for a brunch spot. WHAT AN AMA-ZING ! Experience !!!!Food was awesome! Bacon Rulez !!! Drinks exquisite, largest Whiskey collection in TX.But the best was Joe our server. He knew the menu, drinks, and gave us ideas for things to do in the area.Impromptu, Amazing and what makes life FUN ! THIS is what it is to be Clayton !!!

Des was awesome! She recommended the perfect Japanese whiskey to complement the phenomenal BBQ from Smoke House Of Waco. The whiskey book is extensive and impressive and the atmosphere is top notch. I hear they have an exceptional Brunch menu for Sundays, so I’ll be back soon to check that out! 10/10 would Barnett again.

Overall the experience was great! Staff is attentive and very friendly and the atmosphere is really cool. Husband loved his cheeseburger and House made potato chips. I ordered the shrimp and grits from the brunch menu. The shrimp was great but the grits really didn't have much flavor. You would think with green chilies and Cajun gravy that would be exploding with flavor but I found the grits mixture to be very bland. Again the shrimp was great. This won't stop us from returning!

Barnett’s is a favorite brunch spot - their date candy, shrimp & grits, and crab cake benedict are all amazing. The service is attentive and friendly, and atmosphere cozy. It checks all of the boxes!

We were looking for a good brunch place in town and this place came up and man, it was a great choice! The place was welcoming and fun to come into and the staff was on point! We immediately were greeted with nice menus and able to give our drink order. There was even a whiskey event going on that sounded so fun! All of the food options looked so good, I will have to be back to try all the options for sure! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great! We also saw that they have live concerts and food trucks so we will definitely be back to try all the things! Desi, the manager, came over and introduced herself and told us about all the things to do and was amazing. I would highly recommend coming and trying this place for brunch, drinks or whatever else you want to have!

Thanks to Cody and Dezeray we loved our Brunch experience at Barnett's Whiskey House.Upon arrival we asked for water with LOTS of lemon while we decided what to order. Within a minute, we had our waters and a glass full of lemon wedges. Now that's service!Each of our party of three had a cocktail with her entree.A Cosmopolitan and Cobb SaladA Mimosa and the BLT SandwichA Bloody Mary and the Crab Cake BenedictBut there's so much more to choose from!Everything was delicious!!! We will be going back for Brunch!!!
