This is some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were so accommodating with me & my 8 students when we traveled from Dallas. I just wish I remembered our waitresses’ name & the person I spoke to over the phone so that I could thank them by name. ❤️

They were short handed when we went due to the Flu, but the service was amazing! The food was awesome too. We drove 2 hours just to try it. We will probably go back in the summer.

Kim's has been a staple in Wacofor years. Atmosphere is a throw back to the 50s. Fun atmosphere. Burgers and fries, onion rings are great! Their chef salad is wonderful and satisfying. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Very cute old style Cafe, decorated in Coca Cola stuff, lots of red checkered decor too. Had wonderful service, and delicious food.

Found this place while we were in Waco one day. We love the 50s theme and that’s what drew us to this place. The food was great but the shakes and floats were even better. The prices were lower than what we were expecting so that was a bonus. I highly recommend this place and don’t mind driving the 45 minutes to eat here.

Fabulous! We drove from Fort Worth, just to visit this place! They were super packed but took great care of us! The food was amazing!!

We are fairly new to waco and came upon this diner by chance. We love the vibe,the young lady with blonde hair was friendly and has excellent customer service.food was really good and very reasonably priced. We will definitely go again.

If you're going through Waco, then I highly recommend stopping by Kim's for a burger and shake! We started with the fried pickles and they loaded up that basket with pickles and ranch. The pickles were crispy and had the perfect amount of breading on them. The fries were nothing special, but the tots were crispy and soft. The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and tasted homemade. Ended it with a chocolate milkshake that I would've regretted NOT getting 😋. I loved the old timey atmosphere of the place and I can tell they do a good job cleaning and taking care of it.

Top notch attentive customer service here. Made to order food. Extremely reasonable and affordable meals here. Must try are the onion rings! Hand made fries are delicious! This place has a retro vibe with Coca Cola chandeliers and Looney Tunes stickers on the outside. A restaurant that must be visited when in Waco.

Think of a retro 50's diner with good quality burgers and sandwiches and excellent service and atmosphere. 1/3 pound juicy burgers, hand dipped onion rings and freshly cut fries. Great milkshake as well. First time here but it won't be our last.

Next time you're in Waco make sure you get away from the tourist dining options and try Kim's. You want me disappointed.
