La Fiesta is a fantastic spot for great food and a welcoming atmosphere! The colorful decor creates a fun and lively setting, and the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. The menu is well-organized, with clearly marked gluten-free options, making it easy to find something for everyone.

I had the fajita chicken salad, which was both very filling and very good. The flavors were fresh, and the portion was generous. The house salsa is also a standout—just the right amount of heat to be satisfying without overwhelming those who prefer milder spice.

The large bar adds to the inviting environment, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Overall, La Fiesta delivers on food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

In all my years in Waco I hadn't been to LaFiesta till this week. All around mediocre experience. Food wasnt bad but a couple steps below Ninfa's, the service was apathetic, and the atmosphere was both stale and rowdy. Can't imagine I'd go back unless it was someone else's choice for an occasion

We celebrated my mom’s 75th birthday today in their party room. Cindy took care of our party of about 20 - she was just amazing. The food was wonderful and the service A+. I can’t thank La Fiesta enough for such a fantastic experience.

Grew up in Texas. I've been to a million Mexican restaurants. This was the best Mexican food I've ever had. My family agreed. You know the flavorless refried beans that usually come as a side? We were fighting over my son's until he finally tasted it and told us he was going to eat it. That's never happened before. I thought the chili relleno was kind of weird. There was almost a roll around the outside. Way too much bread, like a loaf of bread, bread. I just didn't eat all the bread. Anyway 10 stars out of five! Don't miss this place!

Loved the bartender/waitress who took care of us! She was on top of it and very attentive despite it being packed on a Tuesday night! I definitely would come back to try more of the food!!

I dream about the corn cake day and night. I have since dedicated myself to developing time travel for the mere purpose of reliving such an eye-opening, soul-awakening, life-changing experience.

The $2 margs were a plus!! (Tuesday nights)

Best dinner we’ve had on our trip… will be back again for sure before we leave. The guacamole and queso dip were amazing. Lots of food for the price. There was a wait, but they’re so popular it’s to be expected. Highly recommend. Service was excellent.

Always a great time at La Fiesta! Cindy is the best waitress, and the food is never disappointing. The atmosphere is fun & festive, with colorful decor. Truly one of my favorite places to eat when I'm in Waco.

If you’re driving your RV and stopping for food I was able to squeeze my small class C across 4 spaces. Otherwise there were not too many parking options. The food was good with very little wait on a Saturday afternoon. The place was full and they were able to seat 7 of us with no reservation. The music was LOUD. my grandson has autism and he does great in most environments but the loud Fiesta music made him uneasy. Bring your earbuds or headphones if this is an issue. The food was really good. We all were happy with our choices for the most part. Large menus options. I would definitely go back. Our waitress (don’t know her name, she had beautiful dreads) she was FFF- fantastic, friendly and fast. She made sure we were good the entire time. Get the corn cake!!!! My favorite thing.
