I genuinely feel bad for anyone who believes this is good food. First off, the service was absolutely terrible. I had to ask three different waiters just to get ONE refill. We got there when they opened at 11. Our waiter was not busy but was constantly hiding out of sight and only came to our table once after taking our order, and it was because I flagged him down for the check. The food was the absolute worst tex mex I have had in at least the last decade. The food was terribly greasy, and the sides were so bland that you would think they were serving this at the nursing homes. I wouldn't even be willing to give this place a second chance. The decor looks promising, but they drop the ball on service and food quality, and this was all around just a terrible experience.

I was so delighted to see Ninfa's Mexican restaurant in Waco. The same wonderful tex-mex food I grew up on.
The restaurant is wonderful.
Our waitress was very professional and did a great job.
I live in Austin and it was worth the trip.
I highly recommend it.

The food was flavorless and overpriced. You can definitely find better mexican food at a small hole in the wall place. The “Fresh Handmade Tortillas” Were Raw, completely Raw, when they came out to the table. The food is not worth the price. It was just two of us and the total came out to be $80, for the quality of the food it was not worth $80. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I will say our server was very attentive, sweet, and polite.

Went on a Saturday evening for dinner, it was very crowded but the wait for a table wasn’t long. The good was very good as was the drinks m. Our server was friendly and our food came out quickly. Lively atmosphere!

Food was good, drinks were even better. Our server was nice and attentive. The restaurant was clean. It was super busy when we got there but we got seated pretty quickly.

Great place to have Mexican food. Met some coworkers here and had guacamole and queso both highly recommended. For lunch I had the burrito and it was very good. It’s a loud environment which is my only complaint but that’s to be expected in a big open space. Go for lunch or dinner as you will not regret the food and service which has and is always very good.

My brother and sister and I took our mom here for Mother's Day. It was my first time here, and I was amazed and pleased with the environment and staff. The drinks and food were delicious. I can't wait to bring my family here to try more. Keep making Ninfa's great place for family and friends.

Went here to dine while attending TMG Waco. The atmosphere and service was top notch. The food and mixed drinks were good. I didn't care for the tortilla wraps as they were thick. Overall I would go back.

Enjoyed our experience! Great food, staff and restaurant location.

Would recommend giving Ninfa’s a try.

The shredded chicken tacos were on fresh made tortillas and were generously filled.

The Texas Combo had generous portions as well. The fajita meat made at least 2 fajitas. Then add in the crunchy taco, cheese enchilada, rice and beans. More than enough on that combo.

The refried beans were delicious! Actually, Everything was!

Convenient location to down downtown and Plenty of paved parking.

Absolutely fantastic food!! I saw their sign for homemade tortillas and asked the waiter for a recommendation that incorporated them. He recommended the tacos that have sides like where you can build your own like a fajita. The food came out fast and it was such a great choice!! the tortillas and the beef were really, really good! 10/10 I also liked they gave you 2 different dips with your chips. Highly recommend a stop in!
