Nice, clean bar. Others in the area we went to were night clubs, we wanted a small bar to just relax. Pricing was good and plenty of drink specials and cocktails. Mixers were limited though, so don't expect everything you want. No ginger ale, no Captain, only one diet (coke) option. They didnt have Jim Beam bottle, but did have a pre-mixed Jim Beam and lemonade on tap, so that was good.

Carter at the bar is absolutely awesome. I definitely recommend coming to have a drink or 2. You won’t be disappointed .

Had an amazing time at One Day Bar! They have a great selection of drinks, so there’s something for everyone, and everything we tried was spot on.

The atmosphere is really nice, relaxed, welcoming, and perfect for hanging out. One of my favorite parts is the outdoor patio, which is such a great spot to enjoy with friends when the weather is nice.

Definitely a go-to place in Waco if you’re looking for good vibes and great drinks!

Absolutely love this place! One Day has stellar cocktails, incredible ambiance, and exceptional staff. Whether you want an afternoon coffee, a pre-dinner cocktail, or a late night party, One Day has it all. I’m always impressed with their seasonal menus, fresh house-made ingredients, and knowledgable bartenders. The Kentucky Blues is by far my favorite drink. The patio is perfect for a group hangout, comfortable seating alongside fire pits. Give One Day a try, you’re sure to love it!

Great little progressive bar tucked away in Waco!! Friendly staff drinks are very good from classics to modern day. Atmosphere is awesome. Great place for date night!!

Absolutely incredible experience! My girlfriend and I love us a good craft cocktail and it was such a huge relief to be able to accidentally stumble upon such a beautifully realized bar concept... in Waco no less!!

Being in Waco solely for a wedding, we were literally dreading that we'd be stuck in a craft cocktail desert and have to settle for your run of the mill, overly sweetened margs and mules. One Day was the absolute opposite! In fact, it reminded us of the absolute best bars we've been to in Chicago, New York, New Orleans, etc. Seriously... you can name any "best bar" you've ever been to and One Day keeps up easily.

From perfectly done traditional cocktails to their own adventurous concotions, One Day provides something for everyone. We had some very specific spirit requests and flavor profiles we were craving in the moment and their staff stepped up to meet our needs perfectly! My girlfriend had the Fox & Wolf and I had their witchy seasonal daiquiri as well as The Deputy. All three drinks were spectacular!

Huge shout out to the entire bar staff as well as Chris who came over and guided us through the entire menu. She also helped us discover some off the menu items that would be up our alley, too! Huge thanks for making our stay enjoyable and actually have us wanting to visit Waco again! Something I never thought I'd ever say!

Nice bar for a drink but prices are on the high side. Did not eat there, menu is limited until the food truck opens, so it will not by "dive bar".

This bar is gorgeous, I adore the atmosphere and the drinks are beautifully made. However the price was higher than I expected, not an issue but realistically I probably won’t be able to go here very often. Was a nice experience to try, though ✨

Great little mixology bar in Waco. The staff was cool and know how to make some damn good drinks. This place is a vibe to say the least and provides a cozy intimate feeling. My friends and I had a nice time here and will be back again!

Great service! The drinks were so good and the atmosphere was so cozy. Great music selection! We grabbed mozzarella sticks from the burger truck right next door. I highly recommend this place! What a vibe. You guys nailed customer experience. 🔥

Beautiful building and design with bar seating, table seating, casual sofa seating, and outdoor seating. Good selection of beers on draft and in cans. Where they really shine is their cocktails. So many selections to choose from. Another plus is the food truck out back. They delivered my food right to my table. Really loved the location.
