Marely was an excellent and attentive server. The food tasted great and priced reasonably. If you're hungry for Mexican food this is the place to go in Waco. We plane dine there again.

We had a terrific experience at Hecho en Waco. Service was quick and easy. I asked for a table near a screen and they took us to the private dining room. The waitress was on her game that day, she had the perfect timing to check in with us.
We order two plates of enchiladas. They served us in a breeze. Both servings were generous. Taste is good, I enjoyed my enchiladas. We ordered two drinks as well. My margarita needed more ice, but other than that it was good too.
The food and drink menu has good variety. The design is authentic, we felt we were dining in Mexico.
The thin they can improve is restroom cleanliness and change the broken bulbb
I strongly recommend the place.

Located conveniently across the street from the AC Hotel we decided to have dinner here. It was very good! The chips and guacamole were delicious. The margarita was solid. I had the chicken mole and it was solid as well. Service was very good. The place is nice and the patio seating was great. I would go again if in Waco.

We went for chips, salsa, queso, and margaritas! All of which was amazing along with the rest of order. Service was a little on the slow side, but not unbearable. We will definitely be back!!

We had an amazing dinner. Remarkable, authentic food at a reasonable price. Waiter Omar was creative in helping us get what we wanted. Price was incredibly reasonable. Only comment -- put a beer list on your menu!

I surprised my mother in law today. We left Tyler and she had no clue where we were headed😊 The atmosphere alone was beautiful and the host and manager were the sweetest. Our waitress was the best waitress we've ever came across. The chicken pozole yuuuuum🤤The Whiskey Margarita....ooooouuuuu shit....can I say hella good and I needed something strong and it was strong like a musty person wearing a tank top on a hot summers day here in Texas 🤣🥴 I can't wait to comeback. I highly recommend you stop by for any and everything on the menu😊😁

We were visiting Waco and really wanted to experience local Mexican Cuisine. Reina was our server and she was AWESOME! She recommended the Che Tacos and Puntas a la Mexicana. Large portions so lots of left overs for our next night. Both were delicious! The restaurant was very busy and Reina was hustling taking care of everyone with a smile and a friendly personality. She has worked there a long time. If I am ever back in Waco I would return and ask for Reina to be our server. They are lucky to have her as an employee.

Nothing really stands out and makes this place a MUST VISIT. The drinks were good, strong, but the food wasn't. The service was what is to be expected. Prompt and accurate. The atmosphere was ok. Easy enough to have a conversation over the music. Biggest downside is the prices. They really think higher of themselves than they should. Can't recommend.

From the friendly staff to the fresh tortillas, we had a great time. The best tasting food we've had in a while. Che's Taco's were perfect, the chimichanga hit the spot, Carlos is a great asset to the experience, helping with menu choice and attending to the table's needs. Overall a great experience with simply an amazing meal

Atmosphere is one of a kind, roomy not congested. You don't have to worry about getting out your chair and hitting the table next to you. Food was super, I had chilaquiles and prices weren't too high.

I had no idea that Mexican food restaurants could be this good. I felt like someone's Abuela's was in the kitchen, dancing salsa and killing it!!
I WILL make another trip from Okc to eat this again

Went for brunch and the restaurant was quiet in terms of people, so parking was relatively easy to find. The food was good, but a little bland. The music was too loud, and I felt like I was having to talk over the music. Service was great, and the wait staff were very kind and friendly.

This fun little Mexican restaurant had an extensive menu and friendly staff. Their mole enchiladas were delicious along with their crispy chips.
The restaurant has a great location, between a hotel, Texas-themed gift shop, and the dr pepper museum. The restaurant has its own small parking lot and more street parking available nearby.

We enjoyed the food. My papas rancheras with eggs were served in a little skillet! 😋 You can sit at a table or booth and there is a bar. Adorable place. Thank you for the attention to detail from our waitress.
