We had quite an awful experience here. I would love to be contacted about our experience. We made a reservation for dinner on New Years Eve. As our dinner went on, things progressively got worse. I ordered the drink "Bees Knees" and for some reason in was insanely smokey. I passed it off to my spouse, who is a whiskey drinker, and even he said the drink was oddly smokey and couldn't drink it- and it was supposed to a a citrus gin drink. Next, we ordered the wagyu tomahawk - we have ordered tomahawks before for special occasions and this was insanely disappointing. We had a table side service cut the tomahawk for us and they left so much meat on the bone and took it back to the kitchen - they didn't even give us the tomahawk at the table. This was really odd - again, we have ordered these before and it's not uncommon for someone to help cut the meat, but we have never had someone cut a portion for us and then take away the bone - for such an expensive piece of meat, I feel like we were robbed (I would bet we each got less than 6 oz of meat). The meat was also nearly rare and we ordered it medium/medium rare. Then, the sides we ordered were the tiniest portions and the risotto we ordered seemed like it was just reheated. Not very impressive for a "fine dining" restaurant. I then ordered a wine to go with our meal and they staff couldn't find the wine.... I found this to be very odd, because it was on the menu. But they never found it and I went without anything to drink during my meal - this was also due to the fact that our server never came by to even refill our waters. And the best part....All this, for $300.00. Once we got our check we also saw we were incorrectly charged for an item. There was a $12.00 charge for Titos on our bill. We had to ask for this to be removed - which it was, but again, what a mess. This is NOT fine dining, and we were so sad about the money we spent here. And truthfully, we left hungry. After a $300.00 bill... I would love if someone could contact us to make this right. We had Dylan D. as our serve, we had Check #10 on 12/31/2024 and were seated at table 301.

Server April was Amazing. The food was very good. They were out of a lot of stuff on the menu including some wines and they definitely were understaffed. But it being New Year’s Eve could have been the cause. All in all we enjoyed ourselves.

This place was great. Food service ambiance. I was in town on business looking for a steakhouse & didn’t realize I had one just a 2 minute walk from my hotel. I loved this place so much I’d come to town just to eat here. It does have a romantic setting as well. I’m gonna try to bring the wifey next time soon.

We happened in this restaurant late at night since we were staying at the hotel and we're SO glad we did! The food is AMAZING and the executive chef, Zack, was so great to talk to! His passion for food, flavor, and people is something you don't see every day in the restaurant world and we can't wait to come back and try some more of his food!

Best steak I've had from a resturant maybe ever. Zach the chef is phenomenal, amazing innovative menu items that are super unique. The culinary experience combined with the wine selection and atmosphere is a must go to when in Waco.

Stayed at the hotel for the night and got drinks at the bar and ordered the bread and it was the most amazing bread! Highly recommend this restaurant, the atmosphere is laid back and the staff is amazing. Sad I didn’t eat dinner here it would have been way better than where I did end up eating

Beautiful new Restaurant in the Cambria Hotel, but don’t let that fool you ! Atmosphere and food are excellent!
The Executive Chef Zack introduced himself after our delicious dinner. My ribeye was cooked to perfection and the mushroom risotto was so yummy.
My husband had the Grilled Pork Chop with potatoes, also cooked to perfection. Great selection of wine and beer.
Our waiter Arron was a very personable guy and took extra care to explain the food and wine recommendations!
Loved the bar area decorated beautifully.
We will be back!

An enjoyable evening was spent at The Blvd Steakhouse. An upscale restaurant for Waco. The young man who seated us was very polite & friendly. Our server was very attentive in making sure we were taken care of.
The short ribs & salmon were cooked to perfection. Definitely a restaurant I will visit again the next time I am in town.

Amazing new restaurant and hotel in Waco! Ordered the burger, shrimp linguini, and steak. Great choice in cocktails. They also have a very nice spacious bar plus a piano! Definitely recommend if you live or visiting Waco.

Steak. Say no more. This IS THE SPOT.
My wife and I are in town for the weekend and craving a good steak. Stumped upon this spot tucked away in the Cambria Hotel. And are we glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we gasped at the feng shui and design of the place, accompanied by a wholesome greeting- it was a great start.
We were greeted promptly by our waiter, Daniel. His first night flying solo and kicked service to a whole new level.
Ended up ordering the tomahawk special- and we’re not disappointed. As it was presented to us by the Chef himself, Tomás, and WOW!
Just sayin’ all around great food, service and quality. Wine choices were amazing. And the follow up desert made special by the Chef, WOW! Thank you Blvd Steakhouse for the wonderful experience, not just a wonderful dinner.
