Everything but the actual bays are good.the turf is so worn out and the bays are really close together

We were put into two bays that happened to be the only two that didn’t have working heaters. Mind you temperatures are probably in the 30’s this night. We made staff aware of our concern and the first lady told us they weren’t working. A second older lady came over and straight up lied to us and said they are on. Then when we pointed out that the light switch for the heater wasn’t on she proceeded to act like she was turning it on and told us it’s working and all good to go. A third lady came and then had the nerve to sell us blankets… we thought that was extremely unprofessional and messed up. If anything, we would’ve appreciated being gifted blankets even it was just for the time we were there since we paid nearly $400 on the visit. I will more than likely never return to this location being it was the worst experience I’ve had at a Top Golf venue. There was a gentleman at the bar that seemed like he was a manager, he was EXTREMELY nice and his customer service was superb in comparison to his peers. I also want to point out that we asked a server if they did anything for birthdays since we were visiting for my mother in law’s birthday. She told me yes they do a sign with her name but she told me she’d be back to get details. We got to about 20 minutes left in our session and she still hadn’t come back to get details. We spotted her leaning up against the wall on her cell phone so we had to go approach her to get the birthday details sorted out. That was pretty irritating as well.

Great staff! Manager was friendly and helpful and made me feel like I was a regular customer when it was my first time there. The buffalo wings we ordered were great and came to us quickly and the experience overall was pleasant

Very polite staff. We played mini golf which is super cheap and then got the range and played for an hour. We got three games in with 3 people playing. We had an excellent time! Highly recommend even if you don't golf. 10 out of 10

I had a fantastic experience at Top Golf! The service was top-notch, and our server, Kristia, was exceptional. She took great care of us throughout our visit, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Overall, I was highly impressed with the service from additional staff Alex and would definitely recommend Top Golf to others. Kristia is W!

Took the wife and kids today. Had never been to a TopGolf before today. We showed up early and played some cornhole while we waited for our bay to open which did open on time and conveniently thru text. The waitress had drinks on our table very quickly, and we played for 2 hours without any interruptions except for the manager who gave us a gift for visiting. Even though it was really busy we didnt feel rushed or bothered. I would give these guys more stars if i could. Thank you, TopGolf team.

My son and I went to Top golf in Waco today. They were very busy. They had 2 large parties happening at the same time. However, Marcus, our waiter was awesome! Made sure our drinks didn’t get too low (especially with how hot it is today!) He even chatted with my son about his shots! We had a wonderful afternoon. Thank you Waco top golf and Marcus needs a raise!

Let's talk about Top Golf.
First time visiting Top Golf.
A place that stands out when passing through the highway.
I decided to give it a try, although I'm not a fan of golf, or played it before.
We made a reservation, so I can not evaluate the waiting time to be able to have a line.

When we were assigned a line, in a matter of seconds, someone was already explaining everything to us how the equipment worked, how the place worked, how to order, etc.

The guy who attended us was attentive to us at all times.
The customer service was truly exceptional and super friendly; surprisingly good!
Shout-out to the guy that serviced line 125 yesterday, truly a legend.

The food was ok, not out of the ordinary, but it was good. I ordered Draft Beer and a bucket. I wish that the Draft Beer were more cold but wasn't bad eather, that's my personal choice.

It is really worth going and enjoying Top Golf, although the bill at the end may build up quickly, and it can be a bit expensive.
But if you can, give it a chance.
