We ate at breakfast time. Food was great, service was top notch, & atmosphere was very pleasant. Would definitely like to come back for lunch, my next time back in Waco. The owner Seth is a really nice guy & cares about his customers. One thing just to be aware of is the price, you won’t be spending your traditional breakfast food style price, but that is expected considering location, & other factors. Our bill was roughly 50$ for 4 of us. But all in all. The Waco Waffle Co restaurant is definitely something to check out if you are in the area.

I've had the pleasure of kinda meeting the owner of this amazing waffle restaurant. My significant other rented a car from him and let me tell you these people are the nicest and absolutely amazing! I've heard their story how they started out with the Waco Waffle Co, and I'm truly shocked on how big they've grown! But they deserve it!! If you have eaten here you are really missing out! From salads, to ice cream to sweet and savory mouth watering waffles this place is the must be place for breakfast! Actually anytime you're craving something come here!! Their waffles are a MUST and BEST BREAKFAST restaurant in my opinion, in the entire State of Texas! Super nice people, very clean restaurant. You won't leave unsatisfied!

I would drive an hour just to get breakfast here! This place is so charming! Many waffle options, whether you want sweet or savory, they have the perfect one for you. And to top it off the service is wonderful! Make this your next stop and you won’t regret it!

This is the most cutest and most delicious little place to eat waffles and lots more!! The atmosphere is precious. Stop here on the way to Waco, Fredericksburg, San Antonio. Definitely will bring family next visit.

The BEST waffle and ice cream shop in Waco. They have a nice variety of sweet and savory options and the service fast and friendly. The atmosphere is fun and laid back with board games and outdoor games available. It’s a great place to take your family to relax and visit. Can’t wait to make another trip there when we visit Waco again.

We went for a mother/daughter outing. Excellent choice! The food was beyond excellent with so many waffles to choose from sweet to savory to traditional. The service was superb from the moment we walked in the door. And, the atmosphere was perfect for a nice, relaxing time visiting with each other. We sat outside which was perfect! Highly recommend & can’t wait to go back!

Food is delicious! Try the Texan if you like savory and busy (i unfortunately forgot to take a picture of it before it was eaten lol. Sorry, I was excited). The service and atmosphere is amazing and homey.

Today me and my Daughter had breakfast at the Waco Waffle Co !! We shared a BLT and a Strawberry and Nutella waffle. That waffle was SO pretty, SO fresh and SO delicious 🥰, lol!! I loved the BLT and I could have eaten a whole one! Then went to The Homestead Heritage Cafe and enjoyed some pretty and delicious coffees and bought some items from their store. It was fun! ❤️ Check it out!! Like and Follow their page. We will definitely be back !! It was a great experience.

Saw the amazing photos online and had to try it.
The food was as absolutely delicious as the pictures looked! The atmosphere was so relaxing. The whole building was amazing craftsmanship. With so many options, we will definitely be trying it again!

Don't miss out on the coffee!! The coffee here was the best coffee I've ever had at a restaurant! The employees here were very friendly, the atmosphere was clean and our food came out hot and in a timely manner. I highly suggest the silo waffle, it comes topped with perfectly crisped chicken and a hollandaise sauce that tastes almost like deviled eggs. This is a great restaurant for an elevated breakfast or brunch.
