Highly recommend! We had a great stay. Quiet and quaint. Very clean and wonderful added amenities. Location convenient to all the local attractions. Planning return visit.

Great location and the second floor was perfect! Nice size and really comfortable. One of the cleanest places I have stayed. Kathy was very responsive and really does seem to have thought of everything. I would definitely stay again.

What a surprising find. My son and I stayed in the upstairs room. It was absolutely charming. The room is spacious and so comfortable. We opted for fruit and pastries. The pastries were from a local bakery and were delicious. Coffee maker in the room completed each morning. We ended up mapping out several antique stores close by that were very close. This was our first bed and breakfast and we just absolutely loved it. Kathy was communicative and getting in was very simple. Thank you Hymnsinger House for a lovely weekend.

What a beautiful property to enjoy! We stayed for our anniversary, and everything was thoughtfully equipped, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast gift card for World Cup was a highlight, too. Delicious, well priced food and a fair trade market connected to it. We definitely hope to come again!

Quite possibly the cleanest accommodations I've ever experienced! The owner was very kind and understanding when we had to cut our trip short due to unforeseen circumstances. We stayed in the upstairs room and it was so very charming. Highly recommend!

My family and I recently stayed at Hymnsinger House for four nights. It was a spectacular experience! The host has thought of every detail for an amazing experience. It was immaculate and spacious. Lovey space for two adults with two children. It’s near to downtown Waco, so close to wonderful sites and restaurants. Breakfast from Baked Bliss and The World Cup topped off our experience. I would strongly encourage anyone visiting Waco to stay at this lovely BnB.

Loved this B&B! It was so lovely, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The complementary eye masks and ear plugs were not needed in this quiet space with almost black-out shades. Morning came with coffee and delicious pastries. Appreciated the working wifi and ample plugs. It's about 5 minutes from Magnolia and all the other little shops popping up around downtown. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it for anyone.

We are Waco locals and booked both the upstairs and downstairs rooms as a staycation on our daughter’s birthday. What a treat! The owner Kathy has thought of every possible detail. The place is charming, peaceful, and clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. We chose the pastries and fruit option for breakfast - delicious. I highly recommend a stay at Hymnsinger House.

This place is awesome. We stayed in the downstairs room. The bed is comfortable and the decor is very welcoming. It was reasonably priced - significantly less than hotels in the area. The owner Kathy has thought about every last detail. The rooms are full of awesome "extras" - ear plugs, makeup wipes, a portable makeup mirror, additional towels, games, books, and Waco guides. It's centrally located inside the "Baylor Bubble" and it is adorable. The guest house is behind the main house and there is covered parking off the street. There are two options for breakfast - local pastries delivered to the room or gift certificates to the World Cup Cafe down the road. We chose the gift certificates and thought the food was really good! The profits go to Mission Waco, a group that provides programs for the poor and marginalized. Win-win!! Kathy is very hospitable. She gave me recommendations for restaurants, was flexible on check-in time, and accommodated our last-minute reservation. Her rooms are adorable and comfortable, I can't wait to come back and stay again!
