In addition to my letter I think that waitress Sandy should a schooling on customer service .A person comes into a place to eat it is not waitresses job to decide if u r mad upset or if u had a bad night.Sandy should know that people come into the restaurant to eat not to have them yell at the public today she yelled at me I want the owner to do something about or I will sue her.I left hungry but I will not return .

Popular restaurant in Waco. Since the menu change, the food is not as good as before. The service is ok, mainly done by students part time. The athmosphere is great. Always busy when I go.

The food was really good. You can tell that they use quality ingredients, items are freshly made, and they are made with care. We really enjoyed our lunch. The chicken caesar sando was delicious and our server didn great.

Brunch on Saturday was perfect. The food and service were delicious and prompt. We returned Sunday afternoon for lunch... ugh. My wife ordered the Special Wygu Burger, medium with no bun. Apparently "no bun" throws them completely off their game. Most of the stated burger ingredients were missing and the patty was rare. The waitress willingly ran back and forth for 20 minutes building a burger one ingredient at the time. My wife ate the meal "Milo" and manager believed they earned the full price of the meal my wife did not. They carved five dollars off their $23 burger.

Within 20 seconds of Courtney being at our table I told her I loved her. She was so nice and fun to talk to. So refreshing and she was so patient with us and waited for us to finish talking about recent drama before approaching. She was a light in our lives today and we will be returning and asking for her personally. She made us laugh, the food was great. Awesome experience! ❤️

I had to amend amend my review as we enjoyed Milo's so much yesterday for brunch that we would try them again for dinner tonight... They failed big time! They left a few of the ingredients off my burger, the burger was ordered medium and came out bloody red, the bacon was cold and hard, and the Manager did not even come by to apologize... It was awful tonight. So Brunch may be the only time i would visit again. ------- I amended the below review from Saturday with the above review from tonight... The food was great! The service was good. The inside was rather loud

We just had a great brunch here today. Thank you! I had the Brunch Burger and my wife had the Breakfast Tacos. We also had the cornbread with the syrup. All 3 dishes were delicious. Thank you.

This place is awesome!! The atmosphere is clean, beautiful, and peaceful, and our waiter was so nice it was almost overbearing (in a good way). The cornbread appetizer was delicious, especially when paired with the jalapeño cream cheese. The crispy Cobb salad was one of the best salads I’ve ever had, particularly the ranch dressing and chicken schnitzel bits. The sliders were good, but not my personal favorite. I definitely plan on coming back; it’s now one of my favorite restaurants in Waco.

Don't let the "all day" menu fool you! It's all day, some of the time...some of the day other times. 3 biscuit plate had enough gravy for a 1-year old...problem is, biscuits were so dry that they needed a gallon of gravy. Hashbrowns were hard enough to play disc golf with. My wife had the breakfast tacos (tacettes). Never knew tortillas came that small. Three tacos=6 bites. She said they were decent...while they lasted. $100 lesson learned.

My husband and I both ordered the burger which was tasty, however both of our burgers were undercooked. We asked for medium and while his was close, mine was cooked rare. We were in a hurry so we just ate it anyways. I left the entire center of my burger on my plate. The fries were delicious though and the service was great. We would try it again if passing through town, but probably would order something else.

We were celebrating a wedding dinner in our family. The staff were nice and patient. We ordered a variety of food items - herb fries, mad burger, fried chicken miso caesar salad, strawberry walnut salad, margaritas, barbacoa mac n cheese, corn ribs, red fish shrimp etoufe and pork chops. The margaritas were strong and liked by everyone. The fries were superb. The salads were fresh and the burger was meaty. The barbacoa mac n cheese was rich and decadent. The corn ribs were tasty and tangy. The staff were kind enough to provide a gift card to the married couple. We were well taken care of. The place is huge and has unique and beautiful decor.

Pretty good! Fun place, great atmosphere, spacious, lots of seating, great staff. Food was ok. The chicken breast in the lemon chicken bowl was real dry though, and they under-salted most things.

Service was great at Milo! I got their Breakfast Sando and it was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had! We had a group of six and I love the circle tables they sat us at as it allowed us to all be able to talk to each other. Definitely will go again next time I am in the area.

We were in town visiting The Silos and needed a place for lunch. Milo’s was a short walk from The Silos. The atmosphere was very cute and they had lots of plants that they used for decor. We ate inside but they offer outside seating, as well. Our server was great! Super friendly and helpful. Our food arrived very quickly. It was freshly cooked and very good. My potatoes were a tad overcooked but I didn’ t mind them that way. Nice option instead of the food trucks at Magnolia Market.

First time there. Food was OK. Chicken tacos were a little bland. Serving size good. Service was good. The parking is a problem though. They only have about 10 spots that they have to share with another business. I understand there isn't anything they can do about it. They are in an urban environment and they are locked in. Not their fault. Just be prepared to park down the street. Another interesting thing is the rest rooms. It's almost a shared experience. There isn't a separate mens and women's. There are 2 private toilets with a common wash area. Nothing wrong with that. I just haven't experience that before. Anyway it's a fairly spacious place and they do get business. I notice a fairly young crowd. Also it looks like they have a separate party room, which is nice.

If I could give zero stars for service I would! This place is the absolute worst restaurant that I've eaten at. Stay away at all costs... I'll never be back. The wait staff was terrible and our food came out cold after a 45 minute wait. The manager did nothing when we complained. We hallway ate our food and left.

2 adults 2 kids sat out on patio 10am ,our waiter (nose piercings) informed us he was very tired,had bar tended the evening before when in fact he reaked of alcohol and couldn't remember anything if he didn't write it down. I got chicken sausage with the Buddy Holly, it was refrigerator cold, 2 eggs over medium 1 was broken, 2 adults ordered Wrecking Ball "Nashville hot", not an ounce of heat tasted from either plate like it was left off, extremely disappointed considering both parties drove 3 hours to eat here.

Is this place still open?!?!?? I used to love going here, but I have tried to go several times in the past few weeks and every time I go they are not open. I’ve checked their hours on the door and online and have shown up during the hours listed and nobody is there! What is going on? Do they close early or have hours different than online or on the door? I know they have a break in the day where they are closed and haven’t come during that time or the days they are closed.

During a recent business meeting in Waco, I sought out a puppy-friendly restaurant and discovered this establishment through an online search. The staff, particularly our waiter, demonstrated exceptional kindness and even provided water for my puppy. The culinary experience was remarkable, featuring farm-to-table ingredients that showcased remarkable freshness. Impressed by our initial visit, we returned the following day to sample additional dishes, all of which were expertly prepared. The pork belly, biscuit, and mad burger were particularly noteworthy. I highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly return on future visits to Waco.

Milo's is my go-to restaurant but last night it was hot, a/c wasn't working. That happens. But it was when the waitress said it's been hot for the past few weeks and management won't fix it, that's when I thought that wasn't right. A few weeks ago, my clients went there, based on my recommendation, and no one came to the table for 20min and they got up and left. Very unlike Milo's. The Salad & Brussels were excellent, but the new deviled eggs weren't great - I prefer the last recipe from spring. Those were amazing!

A fun unique lunch experience! The food was delicious!! Very fresh! Wait was not too long. The atmosphere is fun- loved all the green plants and vases with flowers on the table!My only complaint is that the industrial design made it hard to have a conversation. Maybe tone down the music a bit.

Tantalizing dishes with fresh ingredients. I loved the Hopping Johnnie, a very flavorful set of vegetables and greens on rice. The peanut butter pie was outstanding though definitely needed to be shared. Milo has a small parking lot, though also has lots of street parking available. Across the street is balcones distillery, an excellent whiskey maker, and next door is a craft store and a cookie shop.

We so enjoyed the Santa breakfast they had here during Christmas! They always offer a variety of creative brunch dishes that the whole family can enjoy. I love their pancakes and their mimosas. Highly recommend coming here for brunch and enjoying the light airy atmosphere..

Came here a couple of days ago for early brunch. There was no wait and we were seated promptly. The inside had a nice modern touch with ample plants decorating the space. It really highlighted the organic and locally sourced ingredients. The food was visually appealing and tasted great. We could easily tell it was locally sourced and packed a heavy dose of flavor.

Walking in the door, we knew we were in the right place for dinner! It's very open and inviting and the energy pulls you right in! We ordered three small plates to share and we each ordered an entree. The food came out quickly, all piping hot and cooked to perfection! The Corn Ribs are absolutely stunning, tender, juicy and seasoned perfectly. The brussel sprouts were another stunning bite, so much so we ordered another one for our meals! For our entrees, the salmon was cooked wonderfully with a nice crispy skin, the pork chop was a tasty smoked medium and the short rib was melt-in-the-mouth perfection! Add perfectly mixed cocktails to the list too, they definitely know what they're doing in the kitchen and behind the bar! I highly recommend Milo All Day, every day and twice a day once in awhile!!
