Super clean hotel and a lot to over. Emma was absolutely amazing. We accidentally booked a standard room with 2 queen beds and Emma was able to find us 1 king bedroom. Bar was fantastic. Just wish they had some sort of breakfast buffet in the mornings, but a really nice hotel. Super quiet as well around the area with walking distance to bars. Check out twisted sisters! Would stay again for sure.

This hotel has a great location, the pool is unique and give the option of being in the sun or being under cover.
The staff are very welcoming and the bartenders are fast and very friendly.
However there are so issue:
PSA- the hotel is under renovation and there are no ice machines or vending machines on the floors.
When you do your reservations and include breakfast your voucher says it's a "complimentary breakfast", but you pay $10.00 a person for it.

The food is pricey but it was very good.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this hotel indigo waco
I arrived at the hotel extremely tired and just wanted to get to my room, lie down, and get some rest. After getting into bed, I suddenly felt something crawling near my neck. I immediately got up, turned around, and saw a large cockroach crawling around behind my pillow. I started recording because I could not believe what I was seeing. I ended up killing the cockroach myself.
I went downstairs and reported the situation to the receptionist. What disappointed me even more was her reaction. I felt like she did not take my complaint seriously or show much concern about the fact that there was a large cockroach on my bed. She simply gave me another room. I expected at least some concern and a response like, “How can we help make this situation right?” Unfortunately, I did not receive that kind of customer service.
I was not asking for a gold medal or anything unreasonable. After experiencing something like this, I was simply hoping the hotel would make an effort to make up for the bad experience, perhaps with a small upgrade or some type of gesture. Instead, I was left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.
If you are staying at this hotel, I strongly recommend checking your pillows, sheets, and bed before settling in. Finding a large cockroach in your bed is something no guest should have to experience.
The room change helped with the immediate situation, but the way the complaint was handled made the experience even worse. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the pest issue and the customer service response so other guests do not have to go through the same thing.

Beds were comfortable, shower and water was good. Went down to the lobby the next morning to get coffee and there was none, and no one was there to get us any. So we went to the bar and got some from the bartender. Online price was $25 less than we actually paid, but yeah, that seems typical these days.

Let me preface this review by saying I travel exclusively for my job so I stay at hotels quite often. This hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the cleaning staff keeps it nice and pleasant smelling, but those are the only pros of staying here. There is no microwave in the rooms or a community microwave, which is a bummer for those of us who have food that may need to be heated up. When I brought it up to the front desk, I was told they couldn’t help me. The gym is only accessible starting at 9am, but most of the working class is already working at this time. Most other hotels I go to allow entry starting at 6am. Speaking of the gym, out of the two treadmills available only one was working and the cable machine advertised online was out of order. Breakfast isn’t included for guests, or if it was the front desk failed to inform me upon check in. Most other hotels I have stayed at have complimentary breakfast or give guests a voucher for breakfast.

This hotel is so close to the university that most people seem to use the hotel parking as free parking and so during evening events it can get difficult for guests to find parking.

I had high hopes and wish my experience was different.

Nice rooms, but very poor service. Useless and rude front desk staff.
Be aware of deceptive business practices. Reservation includes breakfast. Server indicated which items are not included, as shown on the menu (see picture). However at checkout, they indicated some items not included in free breakfast are not reflected correctly on the menu. Thus they charged for two breakfasts.
Will be crossing out Indigo from our hotel options in the future.

This is a gem, you can stay in for dinner and drinks and in the morning breakfast will not disappoint. Definitely will return when I'm in the area.

This is a very nice hotel for the price and very close to Baylor University. The rooms are very clean and nice and the restaurant bar downstairs has excellent bartenders and great food. Hard to beat.

I drive far distances to work every week and this trip was over 13hr drive and the last thing i want is issues checking in. There was roaches in my room apon check in, and they promptly got me a different room and told me my whole stay was 50% off and that they were sorry. That was a major surprise to me and I asked if I heard that correctly and was told yes that's correct. Well apon check out i was told it was only for the first night, and that would have been just as fine for me had the attendant not told me it was 50% off for the whole stay. And the icing on the cake for me was the fact the hottub was the main reason I choose to stay here and it was not working and closed. So over all horrible communication which can be equated to sloppy management. But the people where nice just highly uninformed and seemingly undertrained.

Wonderful stay!!

Clean, quiet, modern, good location, great food and friendly staff!!

We do a fair amount of traveling and have never had a free breakfast even close to what we had at the Hotel Indigo!

My only request is faster Wifi.

Blake the bartender and Jackie the
Maitre-D at the in house Bar and restaurant were awesome!!! They made us feel really at home and were extremely nice! The room doesn’t have a microwave for heating left overs but other than that the facility is awesome. Very clean. Nice shower. Good ac for your room. Also saw some reviews that said the bar was overpriced. This is not true. $12 for a martini is standard if not cheaper than avg.

We stayed for two nights during our daughter’s Baylor orientation. The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and provided great service, the showers were spacious and had great pressure and the beds were very comfortable. We will most definitely be staying here again whenever we are in town for Baylor games, parents weekend, etc.

Stayed for 2 nights during the Total Eclipse.
A very enjoyable stay and would recommend. Welcoming staff. Nice clean modern rooms. No noticeable noise. Good shower.
We ate at the bar first evening. Great food and service. Breakfast also good.
