Near Magnolia, Dr. Pepper Museum and more. Good restaurant next door and others nearby. Only complaint was one sink not draining properly. Beds comfortable, although blanket wasn't available. Service was good except Beer Bath. They dropped the ball on the reservation and never compensated for it.

We loved our stay at the Pivovar and will definitely return. The rooms were amazing. Our suite overlooked the silos, which was fun. The location can't be beat. We were there for my son's Baylor graduation, but since we were so close to the Silos, we were able to take it all in with a limited amount of free time. The front desk staff was helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely appointed. I enjoyed taking a bath in our enormous copper tub. Highly recommend a stay there.

We had a great experience at the hotel and the restaurant. Very creative property with friendly staff. The restaurant offers unique food and beer.

The hotel is literally one minute to Magnolia. There is nothing closer.

    Highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for 4 nights in April, it’s conveniently located next to the Magnolia Silo’s. There are lots of things to do within walking distance of your hotel. Total price $1100.

Pro’s: free parking, free Wi-Fi, clean rooms, staff was very attentive. Absolutely zero mold problems. They have coffee machine in your room and free water. There’s ice maker and additional purified water in the hallway. LOVED that!

Tips/Cons: the train is SUPER loud, it screams throughout the night and you will hear it! I probably would’ve not stayed here if I had known that ahead of time. Bring earplugs.

The shower does not have a door or ventilation; so all the water will run onto the floor, creating a wet mess, and mirrors are damp after showers.

There are zero real blankets on the bed. They offer this very thin waffle like blanket and a sheet. I would definitely bring your own blanket. They should consider getting some lightweight down comforters.

Excellent location next door to the Magnolia Silos, a block from Union Hall and surrounded by a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel is eclectic and well decorated. The entire hotel, including the room is extremely clean and well kept. The staff is top notch. We loved the whole vibe and didn't mind the restaurant noise, which wasn't much at all and closes at 9pm. I have seen comments about that and wanted to give my take. The rooms are big with a great bathroom, amenities and water pressure. The linens are nice. The beds are firm. Excellent stay

Enjoyed a girls night out. Lovely hotel with pleasant staff. Location ideal if visiting Magnolia Farm. Rooms are decorated nicely with ceiling fan. Huge plus! Yes, there are a few trains during the night, simply roll over 🤭. Beer garden/restaurant was reasonable and fun. Adrain the bartender is nice with recommendations. We will be back.

You’re not going to find a better location!
The Pivovar is centrally located if you’d like to walk to the Silos, restaurants, bars.
Parking is on site, and free!
Don’t show up too early. The desk was unoccupied for several hours but we parked and sent them an email, to keep from getting towed. LOL! We went next door to the brewery and had a couple of AMAZING beers, and a great charcuterie board!
About the room. It’s supposed to be a Czech themed hotel but you can’t tell. The furniture seemed out of place, and there was zero Czech decor, besides a couple of throws in the room. Not impressed.
But the room was very clean, AC worked great, linens were fresh, nice towels, ironing board and iron, hair dryer in the room, and an ice maker on both floors. And A CEILING FAN!
    I’d stay there again.

A true joy from check in to check out. I wish we knew restaurant inside was closed due to holiday but it waa comfy and near to the Silo Shopping District. Chloe on desk was sweet.

Great hotel. Hallways can be noisy, so bring a fan if you need it. There are mini fridges, so keep that in mind if you have anything that needs to be refrigerated.

This hotel sits across from the Silos in Waco. Elegant, quaint, and luxurious. The bed was to die for. Room is beautifully decorated in gorgeous heavy wood furniture. Clean and comfortable. Will stay here again. Highly recommend!

This Hotel is clean and within walking distance to alot of things. Staff is friendly. I appreciated the filtered water with glass reusable bottle.
If you are looking for frills this is not the place for you. My one suggestion would be to offer a better brand off coffee. Members Mark is not a great choice.
I do highly recommend the beer Spa. That is fantastic and super relaxing!

The perfect hotel for fixer upper fans - the silos are right around the corner, less than 5 minutes away. The room was really great, very clean and the queen size beds were larger than usual. The food was very tasty.

My husband and I have been to the beer bath here before and couldn't wait to come back....but this time we booked a hotel room too. It definately did not disappoint! The beer bath is so relaxing and makes your skin sooooo soft! It makes you so relaxed and all your muscle pain evaporate away. I can't recommend this beer bath enough! Our room was literally across the hallway so they just knocked on our door when it was time to go to the beer bath and when we finished we just called them from our room. We did have an issue with one of the beer bath tubs drain not staying closed but we notified them immediately and they came up and fixed the issue and gave us back the time we missed. Truly professional customer service! The location is across the train tracks from the silos and parking is right next to the building. There are trains that go by, but I was so relaxed that I did not wake up at all. The beds are firm but the pillows are amazing! The shower water pressure is the best I have ever seen in a hotel. The restaurant has some fantastic food. We loved the pretzel and the fish n chips. By staying at the hotel, we also got a free beer each which was not expected. The manager stopped to talk to us and made sure we were signed up to vip members so we would get points for our meal. Overall, we loved the boutique feel and customer service. We can't wait to come back again for a quick get away! This hotel definately understood the assignment!

First of all, if you don't know that Waco, Texas is a great place to visit, I'm here to tell you it is. Magnolia (by Chip & Joanna Gaines and inspired by the show Fixer Upper) is amazing and has many features. The rest of the downtown area is charming as well. Great shops and restaurants. The Pivovar Hotel is right in the heart of it all...an easy stroll to the Magnolia area. The hotel is small, stylish, and extremely well maintained. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff is amazing. Everyone we met was friendly and accommodating. We especially loved Karen at the front desk. What a lovely young woman and the Pivovar is lucky to have her as one of the smiling faces greeting guests. Don't let the train tracks by the hotel dissuade you from staying there. We heard the train one time in the morning and it honestly just added to the charm. Great stay. We'll be back.

Rooms were very clean and neat. Unique furniture. The trains were crazy. Woke up at 2 am with the first one.....that was intense. Then I kept waiting for another one....it came at 3am and then forget....I kept waiting for a 3rd....it didn't come and I finally got to sleep around 5:30....in time for the garbage truck. I can only imagine the family in a room down the hall with 5 kids had to deal with at those hours. Oh well. Location was convenient and nice that they had easy parking on the premises. I agree with most postings...you don't need more than a night in Waco. I think the Magnolia market is closed on the weekend so keep that in mind. I would definitely consider those trains before you book however.

This is my third visit to Waco and staying at Pivovar is my secret treat. The staff from management, guest services, to the service team and then the restaurant team are all phenomenal.
I live in chain hotels so to be able to stay here, you will remember what great service is supposed to feel like. Thank you to the entire team for making me and all their guest feel special. Can’t wait for my next visit.
