Cafe Homestead is known for serving up hearty, home-cooked goodness. So, it makes sense if you don’t think incredible salads when you think Cafe Homestead, but their salads are awesome. We love the Brazos Valley Salad and the Santa Fe Chicken Salad.
2) Pivovar~ Czech Out Their Salads
Everyone knows Pivovar has incredible beer but, they also have some excellent salads. You can even use the salads as an excuse to get a beer. We recommend the Cobb Salad (add the salmon) and the Ancient Grains Salad (add the schnitzel, it’s Pivovar).
3) Hecho en Waco~ Salads with Fiesta Flair
Head to Hecho en Waco if you’re looking for a salad date that’s sure to spice things up. Hecho en Waco’s salads all have a delicious Mexican flair. We love the Salmon Chimichurri Salad and the Hecho en Casa salad.
